The following recipes are a compilation of Asian dishes I'm putting together for Cookbook #5. My next cookbook will be focussed on Asian cuisine. Chinese, Korean, Vietnames, Thai, Japanese & Filipino. My goal is to work every single recipe, meticulously, so that they are as low in fat, calories & 'points' as possible, without sacrificing flavor or portion sizes. Unlike a lot of 'popular' ww food bloggers... I'm a mad scientist with ingredient swaps. Where one of them has 6 point orange chicken... mine is 1 AND breaded. Where they have 5 point beijing chicken... mine is 1. It's how I roll. It's a personal challenge for me to make things as low point and calorie as possible. My goal for this next cookbook, is to have a wide assortment of entrees and soups, from all around Asia. As far as I know, it's the first Cookbook devoted solely to Asian food, with all recipes developed specifically with weight watchers food guidelines in mind. I am hoping to have it completed by late spring, 2021. All dishes will be added to this page, once completed.
