The following, are all of my Weight Watchers Asian recipes for Dim Sum & Entrees which are included in my 5th Cookbook, "Cookbook Volume 5: Asian Cuisine". My cookbook focuses not just on Panda Express copycat recipes... which is what 99% of the 'skinny' food bloggers do, but rather, I wanted to branch out and feature a wide range of recipes from different parts of Asia. My cookbook features my skinnied-down version of Traditional Asian food, from the following countries: Cambodia, China, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Japan, The Philippines and Taiwan. My goal is to work every single recipe, meticulously, so they are as low in fat, calories & 'points' as possible, without sacrificing flavor or portion sizes.
