Below, you'll find a sampling of a few of the recipes that I offer, for free, in hopes that they'll help encourage and inspire you on your journey. To show you just how insane you can get with lowering the points and calories in meals, I wanted to highlting 3 things that you'd NEVER imagine you could have on-plan, without destroying your victories at the scale. Compared to the fat and calories in comparable, traditional recipes... you might as well be eating air. Delicious, delicious low point air.

Singapore Noodles

It's a WW Miracle!

This recipe makes a HUGE 11 cup platter of savory Singapore Noodles. Thin wheat noodles in a savory curry sauce, with chicken, shrimp, egg, veggies and scallions.

This low point version of Panda's entree, uses a hybrid sauce, that's a combination of my General Tso's sauce, with Panda's Orange Chicken sauce. It is awesome sauce.
