For those of you who don't know my story I'll give you the Cliff notes version because I go more in-depth in the introduction of the download. I am a 41 year old stay at home father for two special needs toddlers. I had been overweight for most of my life and had been categorized as obese for the past 7 to 8 years until joining Weight Watchers® (now WW®) on December 1st, 2017. Modifying my meals through ingredient swaps and food hacks allowed me to drop 53 pounds in 3.5 months without any exercise and while eating amazing meals every single day. I love cooking, I love Connect® and I want to share what has worked for me with every single one of you. I don't do this for the money. I do this because I get sincere, genuine joy out of being able to help people in-system, through cooking. Hence... why I will ALWAYS offer a free digital download of anything I ever make.
