For the cheesecakes shown below, I wanted to actual use CREAM CHEESE, not just yogurt and eggs. I also wanted to make them as crazy and gourmet as possible, while never going over 5 points per slice. I will be adding more of these in the next few months, with a plan to make at least a dozen of them.

Random recipes that I just come up with on a whim. They might be a little single serving souffle', a dairy free cake made specifically for a Connect member with dietary restrictions, or with the nationwide shutdowns in mind, due to the difficulties in finding common ingredients.
