GFG Cookbook: Volume 4

This FREE recipe book download contains any recipe from my previous 3 books, which "feels" like it could work for a Thanksgiving/Christmas dinner. I combed through each book and gathered any appropriate side dishes, salad dressings, appetizers, desserts, dips... and even added a few extra, so that you all could have a completel publication, solely dedicated to Holiday Entertaining.... all in one place. I include everything from a TON of salad dressings and dips, to appetizers and traditional side dishes, but with my own low point/low calorie/low fat twist. I include a few of the Holiday Sides from Book 1, such as my low point stuffing, green bean casserole and sweet potato casserole, but I've gone over every recipe in the builder, to ensure that they are up to date for their points. I had to make some tweaks, but they are all even better now than before. I've also added some new favorites, such as low point roasted garlic mashed potatoes, maple roasted carrots and creamed sweet corn.

Though you may choose to purchase a softcover, printed copy on Amazon, I highly encourage you to use this digital version as a free resource, even if you never buy a copy. This cookbook is a collection of low fat, low calorie, low point dips, Holiday spreads, salad dressings, appetizers, side disehs, cakes and drink recipes. Recipes for low fat stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, cornbread, sweet potato casserole and more... all designed to be as low in fat, calorie and points as possible, to help promote weight loss. You won't need to strip down your portion sizes if you eat with my recipes. I want to help you get through this Holiday season without having to stress about the food.
